Active Document Management
We now want to explain exactly what this is. Active Document Management (ADM) is the way you push documents to your mobile device from a web solution, particularly ours. SignMyPad Cloud can take PDFs that you’ve uploaded to the site and push them to your users devices. Using this method, documents that need to be signed are delivered right into the SignMyPad Pro application, and when signed are sent back to the website. No more losing documents, or missing paperwork.
A pushed PDF looks different in the SignMyPad Dashboard than a regular PDF.
PDFs that are pushed to your device are secure. Once the document is saved, it is automatically* sent back to the web server. SignMyPad Cloud documents can not be emailed, or uploaded to another cloud solution from inside the app like standard PDFs can.

SignMyPad Cloud pricing starts at $9.99/month for a single user account. For small businesses with 10 devices SignMyPad Cloud is $19.99/month, and large businesses with 50 devices is $39.99. IF your business has more than 50 devices, please contact us for custom pricing.
