So, we just found a nice little bug in our own software that we would never have found in our testings. Apparently something went wonky with our in-app purchases on the latest version of SignMyPad and SignMyPad Pro for the iPad. While in testing, the “Buy more Signature Space” worked fine – as soon as we posted it to Apple, now the button is no longer there! We are working full steam today to fix this.
If you tap the Signatures button – you can still save 1 signature – just like you did in the older versions, but we promise we will get this fixed as soon as possible. Of course we have to wait for Apple’s team to review the app again.
We are truly sorry if this bothers anyone, but sometimes these are things we learn as a company, and we hope you stick with us!
