Below you will find frequently asked questions about all of our products. If you can’t find your answer here, please go to our support page to submit a help ticket.

  • I've purchased SignMyPad and I do not see my PDFs in the list - it's just blank!!

    SignMyPad and SignMyPad Pro will not automatically find your PDFs. You must send them to the application.

    In iOS:

    • Tap the PDF from Mail or Dropbox.
    • Tap the "Open In" button and choose SignMyPad.
    • The PDF will automatically open in SignMyPad.
    • Make your changes, and click Save. That PDF will now show in the PDF list.

    in Android:

    • Tap the PDF from Mail or Dropbox.
    • In the "Complete action using" window, choose SignMyPad.
    • The PDF will automatically open in SignMyPad.
    • Make your changes, and click Save. That PDF will now show in the PDF list.
  • How do I delete a PDF from SignMyPad or SignMyPad Pro?

    For iOS:

    "Right-Swipe" across the PDF to see the Delete button.

    For Android:

    Tap and hold the PDF to see options; one of them will be Delete.

  • How do I email/send to Dropbox a PDF I have already signed?

    For iOS:

    Tap the PDF from the List and tap the Upload button.

    For Android:

    Tap and hold the PDF to see options. From there you can email or send to your Dropbox.

  • How do I back up my PDFs in SignMyPad for iOS?

  • How do I add multiple Twitter accounts in HomeBase?

    In HomeBase click the Accounts button. There is an Add Account button. If you click that button, you will be brought to the Twitter log-in page. If your account already shows up, click the Sign Out link on the upper right side. This will sign you out of Twitter so you can log in again. HomeBase will then see you are logged into multiple accounts.
  • What are the ports I need to know for BlackBook?

  • Where can I see the BlackBook Manual?

    The BlackBook Manual is available for download here.
  • In SignMyPad do I have to pay to place to my signature?

    Absolutely not! You can add as many signatures to any PDF that you would like. If you want to save your signature for easy retrieval and placement that's where the purchases start. We give you 1 free save spot (in the signatures button). Any additional saved spot is a one time fee of 99¢.

    So for example - if you wanted to save your signature on your personal iOS device you can for free, and if you wanted to save your spouses signature you would pay 99¢ for the additional slot. If you delete SignMyPad from your iPad or iPhone you will lose your signatures. If you reinstall and need to purchase the slots again, you will be prompted with an alert saying "You've already purchased this item. To download it again for free, select OK" and you will be able to retrieve the slot - but will still have to resave a signature in that slot.
