Over the last few years managing your employees devices has entered the spotlight in I.T. How does your enterprise sized organization keep control of users phones, tablets, phablets, etc? Most I.T. departments rely on Mobile Device Managers (aka MDMs). There is a great website that discusses all the Mobile Device Managers called Enterprise iOS. This site will explain all the differences in MDMs that can support your small business all the way up to your enterprise organization.
Customers have asked us in the past, how can they support SignMyPad in their enterprise organization. Well, we have two options:
- Use a Mobile device manager to push our an enterprise copy of SignMyPad. You can download SignMyPad from Apples Volume Purchasing Program. The VPP program allows you to purchase multiple copies of the same app, and then use your MDM to disperse legal copies of the app. If you purchase a custom build of SignMyPad you can use this method to deploy as well.
- We just released SignMyPad Cloud, is our own Active Document Management solution. For large enterprise clients who need to push PDF documents to their users, you can now manage it all via a website. From this site, you can have your employee’s devices log in, and you can push the appropriate contract, delivery form, whatever to their device for signing. Once the document is signed and saved, it appears back on the web portal.
