As you know, we have pulled SignMyPad and SignMyPad Pro from the App Store due to a bug we found that has been affecting users using Dropbox found on July 10th 2015. We have received many emails asking about an update so here’s our public update for where we stand right now.
We have found the bug, and have updated our code to fix it. We have the app in the hands of the beta testers right now to see if we find any others. Beta testing should be done by the end of the week – at which point we will send the update to Apple.
Apple takes 5-7 business days to review any app update. For those who are emailing us saying that we should have fixed it already – even if we had uploaded the app on the day we found the bug, Apple would still have to review it.
There is an order of operation that has to happen here, and we want to make sure you get the best working version of the app we can provide.
We have also been asked if you will have to repay for the app. You never have to repay for SignMyPad and SignMyPad Pro if you’ve already purchased it. This isn’t a marketing tactic where we are trying to get more money out of you. We will relaunch the app as an update – meaning the update will be free.
