What happened to SignMyPad?
We recently posted an update to SignMyPad and SignMyPad Pro for the iPad. Even through rigorous testing, a bug that causes roughly 25% of users copy of SignMyPad inoperable slipped past us.
We, at Autriv, strive to put out the best product we can and we clearly didn’t. We are sorry for that.
In the meantime, we have pulled SignMyPad and SignMyPad Pro for the iPad off the store in order to fix this bug. We have already found the root cause and are in the process of building a fix for it now.
We will update everyone when we have it posted to the app store.

Do you have an estimate of when this will be fixed? Today is the 13th and my app is still worthless.
The app update was posted on Friday, by Friday night we noticed the bug and pulled the app down.
We have the app in the hands of the beta testers right now to make sure all is okay before we resubmit to Apple.
Even if we didn’t beta test it, Apple takes 5-7 business days to review apps. So if we had reposted it the day we found the bug we still would have to wait.
Sorry for the delay Melissa, but we appreciate your patience in this matter as we are working as fast as we can to make sure we put out a working product.
